It is very easy to use. The touch screen is fast and without lag. The fingerprint unlock botton is sharp and and precise. It is ideal for reading pdf files and typing word files. The quality of sound recording is high.
I bought this a year ago and this phone is a huge disappointment. The features are outdated. I dropped this phone once and the screen started to glitch. It is a liability, and getting screen repairs on such an out dated phone is not always feasible, even if I I get it from the repair shop down the street. This is disgusting and not expected from Samsung.
One star for design.......otherwise camera is very very very bad at this price ....... ur outlet should also start process to purchase old cell phones ......instead of just selling new mobiles ......its very difficult to sell old ones in the market m a Samsung user u people should also start to purchase old Samsung phones

I have Samsung Galaxy A12 with 4RAM,128ROM. All depend upon the user. That how he/she uses mobile phone. It's soo good for general use. On the other hand it's good for gaming, editing, and many other purposes. I've installed many applications of different types. I tried it by making it's storage full. It showed very well performance without lossing it's speed. It's also good in battery timing and touch speed.
Its a good phone but its too fragile,i dropped it once and my whole screen was broken from the inside.But the performance is awsome pls dont drop your phone people!lol
